1. About Graceful Clay Jewellery
Graceful Clay Jewellery is a small handmade jewellery business. Each piece is made with care and attention, and because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and finish may occur.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade jewellery and do not necessarily mean that an item is faulty.
2. Products & Product Images
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements are as accurate as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, no two pieces may be exactly identical.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items.
We will send an order confirmation to acknowledge that your order has been received.
Your order will be accepted once we have confirmed it and begun processing it. We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect price, unavailable item or other error.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£).
Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using the payment methods available at checkout.
We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate. If we discover a genuine pricing error, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the options available.
5. Handmade Products & Availability
As our jewellery is handmade, some products may have limited availability.
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable due to an error or unexpected circumstance, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
6. Processing & Delivery
Orders may take up to 7 working days to be made, packaged and dispatched.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please remember that our processing time is separate from Royal Mail’s delivery time.

7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or removes your statutory consumer rights.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other information so that we can assess the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Please do not return a faulty or damaged item without contacting us first so that we can advise you on the appropriate return process.
9. Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Where a product is specifically personalised or made to your individual specifications, it may not be eligible for cancellation due to a change of mind where a legal exemption applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
10. Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is handmade and should be treated with care.
To help keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend:
- Keeping jewellery away from water and excessive moisture.
- Removing jewellery before bathing, swimming or exercising.
- Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, creams, lotions and other chemicals.
- Storing jewellery safely when it is not being worn.
- Handling pieces carefully to avoid bending, dropping or damaging them.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage or failure to follow appropriate care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing fault.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Website Use
All content on the Graceful Clay Jewellery website, including photographs, product images, logos, graphics, written content and branding, belongs to Graceful Clay Jewellery unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
