Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Graceful Clay Jewellery! 💕 Each order is lovingly handmade and carefully packaged before being sent to you.

📦 Processing & Dispatch

As all of our jewellery is handmade, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made, packaged and dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please note that the 7 working day processing time is separate from the Royal Mail delivery time. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within approximately 2 working days after dispatch, although delivery times can occasionally take longer.

📮 Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as Graceful Clay Jewellery cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
